Overview

Sales Position — Base Salary + uncapped commission WITH NO DRAWS/THRESHOLDS

What Meet Recruitment offers

Day-to-day duties

• Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and new business development
• Headhunting candidates using cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals
• Market research on companies for business development
• Gain insight into the Life Sciences space and source high quality candidates for open positions
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle
• Work with hiring managers to assist with staffing needs
• Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent
• Administrative tasks to maintain pipeline and systems up to date
• Perform tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications
