Reducto, the agentic document platform, is seeking a Generalist Recruiter to own hiring across technical and business roles from our New York City office. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and move fast in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company.

You will build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and your network; run phone screens and coordinate interview loops; and help shape offer strategy to close top

The Opportunity

As Generalist Recruiter, you'll own hiring across our technical and business teams from our New York City office. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers on a broad mix of roles: engineers, ML researchers, salespeople, operators. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the country.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, adjusting your sourcing and screening approach depending on the function

• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, outbound outreach, and your own network

• Partner with hiring managers across engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to get aligned on what strong looks like for each role

• Run phone screens and coordinate interview loops across multiple open roles without dropping the ball

• Keep pipeline data clean in Ashby and give hiring managers regular, honest updates on where things stand

• Help think through offer strategy and close candidates who have other options

• Build out the recruiting process as we scale, not just fill roles

You'll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and business or GTM functions

• Can shift gears between sourcing an engineer one day and closing a sales hire the next without losing momentum

• Know enough about technology to have a real conversation with an engineering candidate, even without a technical background yourself

• Work well under pressure with a lot going on at once and don't need much hand-holding to figure out what to do next

• Keep things organized, follow up when you say you will, and don't let candidates or hiring managers fall through the cracks

• Want to actually own something and build, not just execute someone else's process

Bonus points if you:

• Have recruited across both engineering and GTM or business functions at an early-stage startup

• Know LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar tools well

• Have a strong network in the New York City market across tech and business

• Have navigated competitive offer situations and know how to close

• Use data to figure out where your pipeline is breaking and fix it
