We are now expanding our Partner Program and looking for driven individuals to join us as Sales Partners.

Position Overview

As a Sales Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging companies that are actively hiring, introducing them to HireGrid’s recruitment services. This is a remote, commission-only role ideal for professionals seeking flexible hours and high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses that have posted jobs online (leads provided daily)
  • Introduce HireGrid’s recruitment services via LinkedIn, email, phone, or in-person meetings
  • Qualify interest and direct warm leads to our internal team
  • Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up activity
  • Track leads and conversations using internal tools and systems
  • Collaborate with our support team for onboarding, training, and updates

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence and the ability to speak confidently with business owners or hiring managers
  • Basic proficiency with LinkedIn or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
