Job summary

Kelly Education is seeking a Recruiter to partner with schools and community partners in Mississippi. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for assigned areas, design strategies, and represent the Kelly brand at events.

The role is full-time, onsite in Jackson, MS, with up to 50% local travel. Base pay ranges from $51,300 to $68,400 annually, plus benefits; final compensation based on experience and geographic location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focused.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events.

Responsibilities

The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

$51,300.00 - $68,400.00
