What You'll Do:

As the Remote Recruiter you will research, source, screen, and manage the complete Recruiting Process for our clients in an A+ way, meeting recruiting timelines, and following best practice processes aligned to each client.

Your Accountabilities In The Role:

  1. You will research, source, screen, and manage the complete Recruiting Process for our clients ensuring benchmarks and goals are met.
  2. You will work to maintain and grow customer accounts through value-added work that aligns to billable hours.
  3. You will complete work in a high-quality A+ way, targeting the guideposts and objectives of the customers and ensuring the due dates are met.
  4. You will collaborate with the internal team, manager, and outside resources on more complex or risk-related HR obstacles to ensure best practice solutions are being utilized.
  5. You will consistently review and update customer material, templates and other products to ensure they are "best practice" and legally compliant on-going for our internal team and customers.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Leadership or other relevant field, or the equivalent in course work and/or direct Recruiting experience
  • Certification: CSP or HR Certification preferred (or in the process of completing would be awesome!)
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive Recruiting experience; foundational understanding and expertise in recruiting all levels of positions following best practice procedures.
  • Functional Skills: Excellent at researching, developing, prioritizing, planning, and executing well thought out work. Strong skill set in consulting on tough or complex Recruiting matters and providing logical and compliant options that considers what is best for the clients and business. Excellent multi project management skills, managing large amounts of data, and attention to detail meeting due dates and business goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient PC skills, comfortable with online applications/technology, and advanced experience with Microsoft Office and ATS system type applications and databases
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid presentation skills; able to stay professional and calm in tense situations.
  • Leadership/Behaviors: Self-directed; structured work approach; solid influencing and reasoning skills. Strong customer-focus, with the ability to listen and recommend solutions that will help the clients; manages time well and projects wisely. Will possess a collaborative/positive personality to work with the team to continually enhance competencies together and deliver on best practices, while making work fun! Discrete with confidential information, flexible to meet customer needs, reliable in meeting work demands, highly compliant to ensure legal processes, and accountable for projects/work.

Other Important Information:

Position Status & Salary: Salaried Position plus bonus eligible. Salary is commensurate with proven expertise and behavior skills that fit the position.

The position is also bonus eligible! And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Recruiting Manager

Core Hours: Monday Friday typically; hours are flexible with a 45-hour work week on average
