Job summary

Hulcher Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our recruiting team. This role focuses on field management, supervisory, and specialized positions across our organization, with emphasis on hard-to-fill roles and passive candidates.

The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination, building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates. A strong history in industrial sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for field-level, blue-collar, industrial, or specialized positions.
• Experience recruiting in railroad, industrial, heavy equipment, construction, transportation, environmental, logistics, field services, or similar industries.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruiting skills.
• Experience with an ATS such as Paylocity, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for field management, supervisory, and specialized positions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews and assess candidates for qualifications and overall fit.
• Manage multiple requisitions while prioritizing urgent hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within Paylocity.
• Provide a professional and responsive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and time-to-fill.
