Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for client teams and leadership. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and market the firm’s attributes while building strong partnerships with HR and business leaders.

Hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week in the local JLL office, in a fast-paced environment focused on developing talent pipelines, crafting recruitment strategies, and delivering monthly

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR or Recruiting
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience with ATS and Workday is preferred

In partnership with our extended HR team, you will establish best practices for attracting and identifying top talent.# What We Are Looking For* Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm's attributes.* Create and execute recruitment plans for various levels and types of roles.* Maintain a high requisition load, managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.* Develop relationships with external partners including veteran associations, technical schools, local organizations, and other relevant recruiting contacts.* Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting.* Partner with HR Business Partners and business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitment activities to fill current and future hiring needs, modifying job descriptions as appropriate.* Utilize internet resources, employee referrals, and networking to identify and contact qualified candidates.* Develop new sources to proactively build a warm bench of talent and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.* Collaborate with Recruiting leadership to create best practices and participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives.* Create key success measures and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts.* Support organizational initiatives.* Manage strategic recruitment efforts in developing and growing markets.# Required Qualifications* Minimum 5 years in HR or Recruiting* Must be at least 18 years of age* Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future# Preferred Qualifications* Search firm experience* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems* Experience with Workday* Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization**Hybrid role:** 3+ days in local JLL office per week.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
