• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• TRS licensure in Utah.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, consistent, and supportive environment per treatment plan.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing evaluations of patients according to diagnosis, history and physician referral.
• Define realistic rehabilitation goals after assessment.
• Communicate treatment recommendations to the treatment team and identify intervention strategies.
• Assess and reassess patients' recreational therapy needs based on history and evaluation results.
