Job summary

Eagle Gymnastics Academy is seeking passionate and dependable recreational coaches to join our Eagle Family. We create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where athletes build confidence, discipline, and a love for movement.

Coaches work with boys’ and girls’ recreational gymnastics, Kindergym, tumbling classes, and seasonal programs such as summer camps. Schedule includes Monday–Thursday slots, Fridays, Saturdays, and future Sundays as needed.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience preferred
• Experience working with children required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Position Details

Recreational Coaches work with boys’ and girls’ recreational gymnastics, Kindergym, tumbling classes, and seasonal programs such as summer camps.

Schedule & Availability:

Classes

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00–8:00 PM (Wednesday and Thursday may also include 3:00 PM classes)
• Friday: 4:00–6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sunday (future): 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

Birthday Parties

• Saturday: 1:30–5:00 PM
• Sunday: 12:00–5:30 PM

Parent Night Out (once per month)

• Saturday: 5:30-8:30 PM

Open Gym

• Every Friday: 7:30–9:00 PM

Qualifications

Coaching experience preferred

Experience working with children required

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay Range

USD $12.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.

Pay and Perks

Pay Rate: $12–$23 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
