Job summary

Winner’s Sierra RV Center is seeking a full-time RV Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of recreational vehicles including fifth wheels, travel trailers, and motorhomes.

You will perform carpentry and plumbing repairs, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure safety and quality. Customer communication and documentation of work are essential to a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting skills for RV systems.
• Proficiency in carpentry for interior and exterior RV structures.
• Knowledge of plumbing for RV water, sewer, and related systems.
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.

• Ability to lift and move heavy components and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Previous RV or automotive technician experience preferred.

Role Description

The Recreation Vehicle Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Sacramento area. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles, including fifth wheels, toy haulers, travel trailers, and motorhomes. Day-to-day tasks include performing carpentry and plumbing repairs, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The technician will interact with customers and team members to explain repair needs, provide status updates, and support a positive service experience. The role may also involve installing accessories and upgrades, documenting work performed, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
