Job description

Park Manor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Middletown, NY seeks 2 full-time and 1 part-time Recreation Specialists who would be creative, take initiative leading dynamic programs for our senior population, and be a team player.

The shifts available are for Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings. Knowledge of IDCP, MDS, and Initial Assessments is a plus, but we will train the right individual.
