The Information, Tickets, and Tours (ITT) position is assigned to the Community Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. This Regular Full Time role guarantees 35 hours per week and may involve an irregular tour of duty.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have experience which provides a thorough general knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of the broad field of recreation and a thorough understanding of the recreation and leisure interests. Experience in administrative work which demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position successfully. Must possess extensive knowledge and skill in oral and written communication to insure appropriate interaction with vendors and customers. Must possess skill in office computer applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other software applications. Familiarity with purchasing procedures, knowledge of product sources, transportation methods, and payment procedures is desired.
Work requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and carrying. Frequently lifts and carries items weighing over 50 pounds. Frequently exposed to possibility of cuts and serious injuries and/or falls. Works both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to elements, cold and heat, humidity, rain, drafts, dirt, dust, and noise. Special care is required to avoid serious injury.
