Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate recreation activities, recruit instructors, schedule classes and staff, and issue instructor payments.
• Oversee front desk operations: registrations, facility reservations, equipment checkout, and inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials including design, layout, and photography for publications.
• Teach and coordinate courses based on community needs and assist with events.
• Manage daily intake of fees and deposits; ensure timely follow-up on requests and complaints.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
