One or more years of experience as a Corrections Records Officer I with the Missouri Department of CorrectionsOR
Two or more years of experience under the supervision of a Corrections Records Officer (or other title with comparable responsibilities) recording and filing criminal records, including responsibility for determining compliance with criminal statutes and calculating discharge dates AND possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency
The Department of Corrections currently offers a guaranteed 1% pay increase for every two years of continuous service up to 20 years!

As a result, your retention pay upon transfer may differ from what you were receiving at your previous agency until you reach your applicable retention anniversary date.
