  • Formulates and defends the Recreation Business Line budget across lake projects.
  • Uses the agency database system to optimize funding allocations for water resource projects.
  • Ensures compliance with federal regulations across natural resources and recreation programs.
  • Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective actions to maintain safety and operations.
  • Provides technical support for complex recreation programs, including Recreation.gov services.
  • Prepares decision documents on policy changes and land-use actions to meet objectives.
  • Develops collaborative partnerships with federal, state, local agencies and NGOs.
  • Leads regional teams to align performance with USACE goals and standardize practices.
