Power Wellness in New London, CT is hiring an Environmental Services Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming recreation center. This full-time role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexible hours to support center operations.

Your responsibilities include cleaning locker rooms, replenishing supplies, assisting members, and coordinating with staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in a community facility managed by Power Wellness.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to locker assistance requests from customers.
• Maintain locker rooms and replenish toiletries.
• Monitor locker room areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Clean and sanitize floors and surfaces as directed.
• Operate washers/dryers and handle linens; move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Assist with deliveries and setting up rental areas/rooms.
