You will register participants, process payments, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety and company standards. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or recreation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Promotes a fun and relaxing atmosphere for Owner/guests in all recreational activities.
• Provides information about facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment.
• Registers and schedules activities for Owners/guests.
• Processes payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
• Greet guests, assist with needs and follow safety procedures.
