Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Recreation Attendant to greet guests at the pool and lead engaging activities. You will work in a busy resort environment and must communicate clearly with guests of all ages.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable availability. The position offers a supportive team, on-site amenities, and a chance to deliver the signature Hyatt experience.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push or pull 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time outside.
• Must provide two days availability each week.

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for interacting with guests at the pool and facilitating activities for them to enjoy. This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

90-Day Probationary Rate: $21.13

Hourly Rate: $24.86
