Genesis Healthcare is seeking an Activity Assistant to plan, organize, and implement engaging activities for patients and residents, addressing physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. You will contribute to monthly recreation therapy design and document participation while attending care plan meetings as needed.

The role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to positively engage with patients, families, and staff.
