Genesiscareers in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an Activity Assistant to enrich residents' lives through planned engagement activities that meet physical, cognitive, and social needs. You will help design monthly recreation therapy services, document participation, and support care plan meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong English communication, and solid organizational skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff in a collaborative care

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities addressing physical, creative, cognitive, social and spiritual needs of patients/residents.

• *Able to positively engage with personnel, resident/patients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
