Job summary

Genesis is hiring to support recreation therapy services in our Las Cruces location. You will help design monthly recreation therapy activities and track attendance and participation in programs for residents.

The role requires effective communication, strong organization, and the ability to engage with patients, residents, families, and staff. This position offers opportunities for growth within a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into the design of monthly recreation therapy services.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

Posted Salary Range

USD $13.50 - USD $13.50 /Hr.
