Your day as a Recreation Aide

As a Seasonal Recreation Aide with the City of Pharr, you will play a pivotal role in supervising exciting seasonal programs and activities, including our vibrant aquatic program. • Knowledge of fundamentals and techniques of athletics fitness cultural/social activities and/or arts and crafts sufficient to be able to perform a variety of duties related to the work assignment.
• Ability to develop and administer recreation and athletic programs suited to the needs of the community.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the working environment and with those contacted in the course of work.
