Adams and Associates, Inc. in Drums, PA seeks a Recreation Program Supervisor to provide students with a comprehensive, diverse recreation program and promote health and wellness through the approved schedule.
You will supervise activities, coordinate with CPP and Social Development, ensure safety and program compliance, document participation, manage equipment, and support Center operations with timely, high-quality services.
Responsible for working with Recreation team to provide students with a comprehensive and diverse recreation program. Promotes health and wellness through overseeing the recreation activities as outlined on the approved recreation schedule.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates of Arts Degree or 1‑year related experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in‑State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements. CDL preferred.
Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
