Job summary

Aspen Center in Wisconsin seeks a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to support men in a recovery‑focused environment. You will assist with daily living activities, medication management, transportation, crisis response, and group facilitation to support treatment goals.

Responsibilities include safe supervision, accurate documentation, urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed, and promoting skill development to foster lasting recovery on a Thursday–Monday schedule.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating groups to support treatment goals.

Key duties involve ensuring a safe, welcoming environment, supporting individual progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed.

The position involves supervising residents, responding to crises, and promoting skill development to foster lasting recovery.
