Qualifications

• Must have recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed care approach.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming environment through empathy, professionalism and cultural humility.
• Monitor facility grounds to maintain safety and order.
• Observe and report changes in medical/functional status to clinical staff.
• Identify medical, behavioral, and safety risks and respond proactively.
• Utilize de‑escalation and non‑violent crisis intervention techniques.
• Respond to emergencies in coordination with clinical staff and emergency services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete documentation.
