Casa Esperanza in Massachusetts is seeking a Per Diem frontline staff member to manage the program environment, safety, and client activities. You will handle front desk duties, monitor medications, and coordinate with Case Management and Nursing staff to ensure client wellbeing.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, safety trainings, logs, and two-hour walkthroughs. Must be bilingual English/Spanish and able to work all shifts in a housing program setting.
