UFC GYM Day Spa Lead in San Diego leads Recovery Center experiences, ensuring guests receive top-tier service and expert guidance in a dynamic fitness environment. You will drive member engagement, oversee sessions, and uphold the UFC GYM standard of care.

This role emphasizes a blend of service, sales, and science-based recovery, with ongoing training and certification opportunities to support career growth within a globally recognized fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background in customer service and sales.
• Ability to work, setup, and execute successful weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
