You will report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff and document accordingly. A strong emphasis on teamwork and patient comfort is central to this role.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification requires within 30 days of hire (or transfer).
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable experience required. Licensure can substitute education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Aids with movement and placement of patients.
• Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff and documents records.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and maintains medical equipment.
