Job summary

Paychex in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Bank Returns Specialist to ensure accurate, timely resolution of all bank returned items. You will deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers while mitigating risk and educating colleagues on the resolution process.

This role supports Paychex products and processes, with hours 11 AM to 8 PM EST, and includes ongoing training, adherence to regulations, and opportunities to grow within One Paychex.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in customer service, finance, accounting, or payroll.
• Collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve bank returned items accurately and promptly.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Educate clients and branches on the resolution process.
• Research and resolve product and service issues with a mentor.
• Process daily returns and monitor EDI and payroll reports.
• Maintain daily call requirements and ensure policy compliance.
