Job summary

AmeriCorps Recovery Navigator in Minnesota joins Recovery Corps to provide peer support to participants as they work to maintain their recovery. You’ll meet with individuals to guide resources, set goals, and develop recovery action plans.

You’ll foster relationships, mentor peers, connect with social services, and track progress while participating in ongoing training throughout the year. The program runs 9/8/2026–7/24/2027, full-time, with childcare assistance and health coverage.

Qualifications

Experience providing peer support or mentoring in recovery settings.
Ability to connect participants with social services.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfort with tracking progress and reporting.

Join Recovery Corps as a Recovery Navigator and you’ll spend your days at an organization committed to serving recovery communities. We’ll train you to provide peer support to individuals as they work to maintain their progress in recovery. How does it work? You’ll meet with participants and provide guidance as they navigate resources, set goals, and develop recovery action plans. Through individualized support, you’ll be part of creating more success stories!
