The RHPS will balance housing leadership with clinical case-management duties, coordinate with external providers, conduct screenings, and maintain accurate records while guiding residents toward recovery and stability in our structured program.

The Recovery Housing Program Supervisor reports directly to the Associate Director of Housing. The Recovery Housing Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations and management of housing facilities, ensuring that all aspects of resident care and facility maintenance meet LRH standards. This role involves supervising housing staff, coordinating with external service providers, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and well‑organized environment for residents. The RHPS is responsible for implementing housing policies, handling resident concerns, and working with the housing team to ensure the well‑being and stability of all residents.
As a RHPS, you will have distinct housing and clinical roles and different duties applicable to each role. While working in your housing capacity, you are expected to only fulfill your housing duties and complete housing tasks. While working in a clinical capacity, you are expected to only fulfill your case management duties and complete clinical tasks.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (some evenings and weekends and support off shifts as needed)
