Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care LLC in Southern Pines, NC is seeking a Part Time Residential Support Specialist – Adult Group Homes to provide psycho-educational and supportive interventions for adults with mental health, developmental disability, or substance use needs in a supervised living setting.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, wellness, independence, and community inclusion, help with daily living, document activities, and ensure timely communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Paraprofessional/Associate/Qualified Professional credential required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read/write.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients in a residential facility to address functional deficits.
• Provide preventive, developmental, and therapeutic interventions.
• Comply with regulatory requirements for care in supervised living facilities.
• Use psychoeducation strategies and recovery interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and document services accurately.
