Job summary

A community-focused behavioral health organization in Annapolis is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist to assist residents with daily activities and support their recovery journey. Responsibilities include monitoring medication, providing caregiving support, and facilitating transportation. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, valid driver's license, and ideally a year of experience in mental health. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in the mental health field.
• Acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prompt residents to start their day and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor medication and facilitate transportation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide caregiving support.
• Drive clients to appointments and other engagements.
• Support individuals in their recovery journey.

Skills

Experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation

Valid driver's license

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor of Arts in human services (preferred)
