Job summary

BrightView is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team. You will provide nursing care, med administration, and participate in treatment planning for individuals on their recovery journey.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of nursing experience (psychiatric or drug/alcohol preferred), an active LPN license, and familiarity with HIPAA compliance. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and injections per nursing guidelines
• Performs initial inductions and provides medical services as needed
• Conducts assessments and monitors vital signs for dose adjustments
• Educates patients on treatment, health, and safety policies
• Schedules and documents appointments; participates in meetings
• Maintains medication inventory and completes EMR documentation
