Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Current California certification (CCAPP/CADTP/ACCBC or equivalent).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a CA Fair Chance background check.
• TB screening completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with clients and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and community providers.
