Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide care, supervision, and support to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs. This part-time role covers the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am, Wednesday to Friday) in Waukesha County.

Responsibilities include monitoring clients, documenting behaviors, assisting with housekeeping and supplies, administering medications, supporting treatment plan goals, leading group activities,

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED with good reading, writing and math abilities.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.
• Driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and document behaviors.
• Assist with housekeeping and supplies.
• Administer medications as directed and safe.
• Support treatment plan goals and activities.
• Lead group activities and transport residents.
• Perform basic first aid and respond to emergencies.
