Monte Nido Laurel Hill in Medford, MA is seeking a Recovery Coach to join our team. This full-time 32-hours-per-week role involves day/evening shifts with rotating weekends. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on education and experience.

This position is on-site at Monte Nido Laurel Hill and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include supporting clients through their recovery journey, aligning with treatment plans, and facilitating healthy client interactions

Formación

• Two years post-high school education or higher.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred.
• Experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is valued.
• Valid state driver's license with safe driving history.

Responsabilidades

• Support clients through their recovery journey within the treatment plan.
• Engage clients and help develop healthy connections with others in the milieu and team.
• Assist with meal support and supervision of client meals and snacks.
