Wentworth-Douglass Physicians Organization (WDP) in Dover, NH, seeks a dedicated full-time Recovery Coach to support patients in their recovery journey. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, engaging with patients at the bedside and assisting with care planning and coordination.
Qualifications include a required High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Ideal candidates will have sustained recovery experience and experience working with individuals facing substance use challenges. A supportive work environment is offered.
Are you passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey? We are seeking a full‑time, 40‑hour compassionate and motivated Recovery Coach to join our interdisciplinary team supporting patients in both Emergency Department and inpatient settings located at 798 Central Ave in Dover, NH.
This unique opportunity allows you to collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, social workers, behavioral health clinicians, and other members of the care team in a fast‑paced hospital environment. In this role, you will work directly with individuals navigating substance use and recovery challenges, providing encouragement, advocacy, and connection to resources during critical moments of care.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology preferred.
