Monte Nido Clementine Montgomery is seeking a Per Diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents in a residential program in Skillman, NJ. The role involves assisting with recovery planning, meals supervision, and group activities on designated shifts.

• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Strong communication, client relations, service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in recovery journey and follow the treatment plan.
• Engage clients to develop healthy connections with peers and staff.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Provide exposure to therapeutic groups and skill development.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations of clients.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.

Monte Nido Clementine, located in Skillman, NJ is a residential treatment program exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

At Monte Nido Clementine, we support adolescents and their families on the path to full recovery by preparing each adolescent to navigate the challenges of life free of the eating disorder. We provide empathy, education, and support to families as partners in the recovery process. We help each adolescent to replace the eating disorder with healthy skills and a deep understanding of how to live a life that reflects their own unique individuality.

We are seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Recovery Coach to join the Monte Nido Clementine team.

Schedule

• Day Shift (6 AM - 6 PM; 10 AM - 10 PM)
• Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM; 10 PM - 10 AM)

Pay Rate

$16 - $21/hr, plus weekend and overnight shift differentials
