Porter-Starke Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee medical policies at the Recovery Center for the Opiate Treatment Program in Valparaiso, IN. The RN will ensure client safety, coordinate with physicians, and manage medication administration within the program.

The role requires an Indiana RN license and preferably 2+ years in psychiatric or substance abuse nursing, with benefits including health coverage, tuition support, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in psychiatric and/or substance abuse nursing preferred.
• Current Indiana RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical policies and procedures for Recovery Center.
• Monitor client health status and coordinate with physicians for care.
• Document patient responses and medication administration in EMR.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
