Rural King in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll focus on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and upholding merchandising standards.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with handheld devices and store equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
• Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
• Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.


• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 30 pounds repetitively and 31–50 pounds intermittently.


• Ability to safely use a ladder and pallet jack.


• Ability to navigate and access all required store facilities.


• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.


• Close vision required for computer-related activities.
