• Six to twelve months in self-directed recovery.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for consumers and provides information in terms that consumers and families can understand.
• Assists with targeted outreach, medication monitoring, system navigation, and advocacy.
• Engages families and consumers to help them meet goals.
• Models recovery and uses coping skills as a role model for peers.
• Provides structured activities face to face to support recovery and WRAP plans.
