Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Records Clerk to assist the Information Management team. This role involves critical tasks such as records imaging, publishing, and ensuring data compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficiency of our operations by supporting activities and projects related to records classification and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the imaging and publishing of records using Perceptive Document Management.
  • Ensure all records data is accurately entered and maintained according to company standards.
  • Support records management in alignment with the company’s retention policy.
  • Provide assistance to employees and contractors with records classification and retention projects.
  • Manage both physical and digital inventory for the records department.
  • Handle inbound service calls and after-hours requests for records.
  • Deliver training programs and educate functional groups on compliance with the records and information management program.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in records management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other automation tools is desirable.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Experience with utility operation records or geographic/legal parcel documentation is preferred.
  • Past experience in research roles, such as oil-well lease research, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated capability in advising and interacting effectively with various teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing for a balance between office presence and remote work flexibility.
