Kaiser Permanente - The Permanente Medical Group in Sacramento, CA seeks a BC/BE Surgeon with broad plastic surgery interests including cancer reconstruction, body contouring, gender-affirming procedures, and burn care. A microsurgery fellowship is preferred; co-surgery on DIEP flaps with a fellowship-trained microsurgeon is possible, with cosmetic practice alongside reconstructive work.

Excellent practice support, no RVUs, strong referral network, and opportunities for education and leadership

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility required or pending.
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA.

Responsabilités

• Join a close-knit group of 5 surgeons.
• Teaching opportunity and call coverage with rotating resident.
• Salary-based, physician autonomy for medical decision making.
• Excellent practice support with two PAs and care coordinators for breast cancer and gender-affirming surgery.
• Manageable call schedule, 1 week out of 6 with resident assistance.
