Job summary

Premier Restoration Hawaiʻi is seeking a Reconstruction Technician to restore residential and commercial properties after fire, water, mold, and storm damage. The role includes skilled carpentry, drywall, and finish work to return spaces to pre-loss condition while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include 2+ years in construction or similar; valid driver's license and basic hand tools. Opportunity for growth in Hawaiʻi's leading restoration company with year-round work.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of construction, carpentry, or reconstruction experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconstruction work on residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Complete carpentry including framing, trim, doors, cabinetry, and finish work.
• Install drywall, tape, texture, paint, and flooring.
• Perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs as needed.
• Read work orders and complete projects according to company quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Utilize company mobile technology to document work and project updates.
• Travel between multiple job sites as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Support teammates and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
