Primary Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform construction activities
2. Perform basic installation and minor repairs on flooring, drywall, trim, doors, cabinets, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, appliances, windows, and board-ups.
3. Provide customer support and communication
4. Assist customers with usage guidance of installed systems and components.
5. Additional Responsibilities
6. Ensure work meets industry standards and local codes.
7. Suggest additional repairs as needed.
8. Document work performed and execute work orders promptly.
9. Support subcontractors and ensure project quality and progress.

Necessary Experience and Skills

• 2 years of construction experience
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math and knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Good carpentry skills, including trim work and framing

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Physical and Work Environment

• Walking, standing, climbing ladders, lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Work in loud environments, exposed to heat and noise.

Work Hours and Travel

• Full-time, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with possible overtime, on-call, and weekend work.
• Local travel with occasional out-of-area and overnight trips.
