Job summary

SERVPRO of Camarillo is seeking a Construction Manager to lead reconstruction projects and ensure top-tier client satisfaction. You will oversee operations, manage the construction team, and drive project results from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction management, a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to create estimates using Xactimate while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of construction management experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all re-construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team
• Create estimates using Xactimate
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents

As a Reconstruction Manager with SERVPRO of Camarillo, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all reconstruction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all re-construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the construction team
• Create estimates using Xactimate
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents

Position Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Previous construction management experience (2 or more years)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred not required
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
