Job summary

CarMax in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Reconditioning Associate to ensure vehicles meet our quality and presentation standards. You will perform cleaning, detailing, and staging to ready cars for show, while collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

This role requires physical work outdoors, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a strong work ethic.

• Perform reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing vehicles to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Learn and apply best practices in automotive care and inventory management.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

The Hourly Rate For This Position Is

$20.35 - $20.35

Benefits

Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part‑time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part‑time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part‑time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period. Part‑time Associates are also eligible for 4 hours of Floating Holiday Time each calendar year subject to manager approval.
