Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assemble reconditioned products under supervision, following established procedures, safety rules, and quality standards.

You will contribute to safe, efficient production, maintain clean areas, follow instructions, and alert leads to issues while supporting the shift team on busy lines. This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety, and ongoing development within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assigned tasks within required time.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in the assigned space.
• Follow safety specifications, instructions and requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify Production Lead/Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead/Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
