INTEGRO seeks passionate automotive professionals to join our onsite service team as Reconditioning Specialists. You will perform cosmetic and interior repairs, paint touch ups, and dent repair while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 2+ years experience in Paintless Dent Repair and Wheel Repair.
• 2+ years of auto body experience: painting, wet sanding/buffing, dent repair, headlight restoration.
• 2+ years of interior repair experience.
• Proven automotive detail or related field experience with managerial responsibilities.
• ASE certification in automotive repair is a plus.
• Experience repairing, removing and installing auto body parts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality and commitment to customer service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Record all work in the system prior to starting, including RO/PO information.
• Assist in training new associates under management guidance.
• Perform cosmetic and interior repairs, paint touch ups, wet sand/buffing, dent and wheel repairs.
• Complete cosmetic and quality inspections.
• Drive productivity while maintaining quality expectations.
• Ensure dealer satisfaction is delivered consistently.
• Be ready to work any function needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

As a Reconditioning Specialist, you play a pivotal role in the operational excellence and customer satisfaction of our automotive onsite services division. Primary responsibilities of the position:

• Ensuring all work is recorded and delegated in the system PRIOR to starting work beginning along with all RO/PO or other information is entered along with keeping any IRECON or key track systems up-to-date.
• Assist in training new associates with guidance of Management
• Perform various services, including but not limited to cosmetic reconditioning, spot repairs, interior repairs, paint touch up, wet sand/buffing, curb rash repair etc.
• Complete cosmetic and quality inspections.
• Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Ensuring the highest level of dealer satisfaction is delivered consistently.
• Willingness to step in and work any job function necessary to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Operate everyday with a positive and "YES" mind set while encouraging the same from fellow Managers and Associates.
• Complete work efficiently, inspecting the quality of work being completed while ensuring workspace safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Follow all safety instructions and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and work with your team to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Other duties may be assigned based on location requirements.

This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed inside or outside under varying climate conditions.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license is required.
• +2 years experience in Paintless Dent Repair and Wheel Repair required.
• +2 years of experience in auto body experience: painting, wet sanding/buffing, dent repair, headlight restoration and relevant skills.
• +2 years of experience on Interior repair
• Proven experience in automotive detail or related field with managerial responsibilities.
• ASE certification in automotive repair is a plus.
• Experience repairing, removing and installing auto body parts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations with a self-starter mentality.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
